Consultation is ongoing by phone or email as much as necessary, and will include a visit to the venue when possible. Changes and queries are more than welcome at any stage during this time. We will aim to finalise plans 4 months before your wedding day.

After this point, changes are limited to a maximum alteration of 20% of the finalised booking total and can be made up to 1 month before the wedding date. Changes must respect the minimum total of €5,000 for a full floral service wedding. However we will try our best to be open to changes of plan at any stage in the process, and minor changes can be made up to the date of the wedding, and should be communicated as soon as possible.

In order to ensure a cohesive design, we will be the only suppliers of floral arrangements on the day. Small contributions by family members etc are of course appreciated, but no other suppliers eg stylists/planners should provide flowers without our prior approval.

As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when certain varieties may be unavailable or there may be variations in colour and size. We can not control seasonal changes or availability as we work with nature. While we will make every effort to provide you with the products which have been agreed upon, we will make changes or substitutions at our discretion, including changes to the agreed design where necessary. We will ensure it is of good quality and equal value, and will do our best to advise you where possible of the most effective and most suitable situation.

Delivery times will need to be confirmed with the venue the week of the wedding. We will require access and appropriate working conditions in order to fulfil our order with you. You will need to inform the venue of what you have employed us to do and also the time we require to set up on the day. Should we be denied access, be delayed by the venue or any other supplier on the day, be presented with unsafe or hazardous working conditions, we will complete everything to the best of our ability. However, in extreme circumstances, if we cannot complete the job, due to no fault of our own, we will leave the products at the venue, if the venue or delayed supplier is willing to complete the setup, or we will return the products to our premises and advise you to arrange for the goods to be picked up. Should other last minute decisions be made due to any unpredicted circumstance, we will advise the venue manager and you.

Any non-floral items provided as part of the design (eg vases, stands) are the property of the Wild Bunch and will be collected as arranged after the wedding date. It is the responsibility of the couple to liase with the venue to ensure that these are kept safe and made available to us. Loss or breakage will be invoiced to the couple; individual rates can be provided in advance where requested.

The balance of payment for your wedding flowers must be paid in full a minimum of 14 days before the wedding date to enable us to order your flowers. We reserve the right to cancel any wedding flower booking if payment is not made in full by this time.

Should you need to postpone your booking you will need to notify us in writing. We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability, so please do let us know as early as you can. We will confirm this new booking by email and no charges will be incurred. Should the date not be available, you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit.

Should you need to cancel your booking you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made between 4 months and 1 month prior to the date of the wedding will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 month of the wedding are required to be paid in full by the due date. Once you have given us notice of cancellation we will issue an invoice for any fees due. This must be paid within 14 days of receipt in order to cancel your contract. Until payment is received the contract remains in place.
